Replies to your stories

When someone replies to one of your stories, that reply reaches you as a DM. You decide whether your agent answers it.

How it works

Story replies follow the same option you picked in Who does your agent reply to in DMs?. There’s also a switch just for stories, in Automations → Direct messages tab:

• On (the default): your agent only answers if the story reply includes one of your keywords. That way it doesn’t reply to reactions like “😍” or “so cute”.
• Off: it answers story replies like any other message.

Tap Save to apply the change.

Example

For this to work, BOOK has to be one of your DM keywords.

Try it

Tap Test (at the top right of your agent), turn on It’s a story reply and write as if you were replying to your story. You’ll see what your agent would do, and nobody gets anything. More in Test your agent.

What it doesn’t do

• It doesn’t reply when someone mentions you in their own story.
• It doesn’t reply to reactions, photos or voice messages: text only.
